2.2 Information from Amazon Selling Partner API
When you authorize our application through Amazon's OAuth flow, we receive access to the following data from the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API):
- Seller Account Information: Seller ID, marketplace IDs, business name.
- Catalog Data: Product listings, ASINs, SKUs, titles, descriptions, images.
- Pricing Data: Current prices, competitive pricing, Buy Box information.
- Offer Data: Offer listings, conditions, fulfillment channels.
- Order Data (if applicable): Order IDs, order items — used only for pricing analytics. Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from orders (buyer names, addresses) is handled in strict accordance with Amazon's Data Protection Policy.
2.3 Automatically Collected Information
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps.
- Device & Browser Data: IP address, browser type, operating system.

3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide and operate the RePricer Service, including syncing your Amazon catalog and processing price updates.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process your data based on:

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

- Amazon: Price updates and listing modifications are sent back to Amazon via the SP-API on your behalf.

- PII from Amazon Orders: Deleted within 30 days after the order's latest delivery date, unless longer retention is required by law.
- Non-PII Amazon Data: Retained for a maximum of 18 months, unless required by law for a longer period.
- Account Data: Retained for the duration of your active account. Upon account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days.
- Communication Records: Retained for up to 12 months for support quality purposes.
