How does RePricer connect to my Amazon account?

We use Amazon's official OAuth 2.0 authorization flow through the Selling Partner API (SP-API). You'll be redirected to Amazon to grant permission — we never see or store your Amazon password. You can revoke access at any time from your Amazon Seller Central settings.

Is my Amazon data safe with RePricer?

Absolutely. We comply with Amazon's Data Protection Policy (DPP). All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We use role-based access controls, regular security audits, and follow strict data retention schedules. See our Data Protection Policy for details.

Which Amazon marketplaces are supported?

RePricer supports all Amazon marketplaces accessible through the Selling Partner API, including US, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Japan, Australia, India, and more. You can manage multiple marketplaces from a single dashboard.

Can I set minimum and maximum prices?

Yes! Every repricing rule supports floor (minimum) and ceiling (maximum) price boundaries. You can set these based on fixed amounts, cost percentages, MAP policies, or custom formulas. The system will never exceed your defined boundaries.

How do I delete my data or close my account?

You can request account deletion by emailing support@amzndev.com. We'll remove all your data within 30 days. You should also revoke API access in your Amazon Seller Central under "Manage Your Apps."

Does RePricer share my data with third parties?

No. We do not sell, rent, or share your Amazon data with any third party for their own purposes. Amazon SP-API data is only used to power the repricing features you use. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
